I wanted to follow up from a previous post now that I have successfully sold my home. Grace was amazing to work with. She had everything lined up and scheduled all appointments while we prepared the house for sale. She set up all the inspectors, painter, gardener, stagers and best of all she really has an eye for the overall picture of how the house should look and present. We have utilized Grace to lease out, and later sell our rental units in Pasadena. Let's address rentals first - everyone starts by posting listings on Craigslist or Apts.com since those are low-cost options. The challenge however is based on our experience they yield very poor results. After trying that route, we went with Grace and the units were leased out within 2-3 days (for some periods at a higher rate than we were asking for). We sold two units in 2014 and Grace did a great job. Yes, this is a seller's market, but it still requires an agent who will dog the deal through the close of escrow (we had short escrows for both properties). Grace did that with both transactions.
