We contacted Grace to handle the sale of a home our late grandmother owned through family trust....or so we thought. We had to have some title issues fixed and Grace was patient and had her team and title company she works with guide us through the process even though it delayed her getting the listing for almost 6 months. Then after that she was great at letting us know what things to repair/remodel before listing the property and had a great team of contractors to refer us to that not only did great work but were reasonably priced. She helped us throughout entire process and was vital given that both of us were not local to the area and helped coordinate everything so we did not have to be there in person. She was very knowledgeable in trust sales of real estate and we could not have done it without her guiding us throughout the entire process.
